Captivate 2019 Random Quiz with Multiple Attempts questions repeating on retakes

I have created question pools and added the correct amount of random question slides to my main project and have now published. The user will have three attempts to pass this quiz. It seems that if the user fails the quiz the first time and retakes the quiz again, the SAME questions in the SAME order are appearing again.

My question is, Is there a way to ensure that on subsequent attempts, the user is seeing a different set of questions on retake?

I am using 11.5 captivate 2019 version.

No, I'm sorry... You could try to work with all the questions and random numbers, plus custom navigation but that would lead to problems with the score transferred to the LMS. Have a look at this post, explaining some limitations for random quiz slides:

Unfortunately no.  The questions are randomised and selected from the pool when the learner first enters the module and from that time on they will see the same questions on each attempt during that same session.  This is the way random questions are designed to work in Captivate.

Is there any way to show new set of questions on second attempt? except reloading the browser page
