Captivate 2019 serial number

Hi,

I have a Captivate 2019 serial number since that year I bought it.

Now I just installed it on my Mac, run it, then a pop-up appears telling me I am under a 30-day trial period, or buy a license. But I have one. There's no place where I can introduce my serial once installed.

Anyone knows how to attach this serial to my Captivate so I can run it in an unrestricted way?
