Captivate 2019 startet nicht unter Win11

Hi, plötzlich lässt sich Captivate 2019 (m.Lizenznummer) unter WIN11 nicht mehr installieren. Zunächst wurde auch eine fehlende MSVCR110.dll verwiesen. Habe dann die C++ Runtime neui installiert. Jetzt kommt dieser Fehler.

Früher leif das ohne Probleme. Hat jemand eine Idee? Vielen Dank. Gruß Peter

Can you please specify the full version number? I suspect you have a non-subscription license, a perpetual one?

Hi, it Version 11.5.5 - an non-subscription license.

It used to be no problem to install this. Now it starts with the error message 'MS AGGREGATOR HOST' preventing the installation. I kill this in the task manager, then it works. Next comes the missing MSVCR110.dll, although it is present. After installing the runtime, the error message as shown in the picture appears. Thank you very much

That is indeed the most recent version allowing a perpetual license, I just checked it out.

My recommendation (I'm just a user) is to try to get a ticket with Adobe. I could try to ask a staff member to contact you about this problem.
