Captivate 2019 stuck on introduction video

Hi there,

I recently installed Captivate 2019 on my Mac. It installed fine but every time I launch Captivate it plays the introduction video and when I try to close the video the whole app just crashes. I have to force quit.

I have removed the app and reinstalled on numerous occasions but it happens each time i reinstall.

I have version 11.0.1.266 which I believe is the latest version.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have project to work on and haven't been able to do so since I installed 2019.

THat is indeed the most recent version.

Problem is that I am a Win users, there are only very few helping Mac users around on this forum.

Could you find the subfolder 'utils' under the installation folder and run the file CleanPreferencesMac?
