Captivate 2019 unable to launch after Windows 10 Update

After installing Windows 10 21H1 update, I am unable to launch Captivate 2019.  The launch window appears briefly, then disappears.

Can you please check the exact version number you are using? You find it under Help, About Captivate.

 

The most recent version for Windows is 11.5.5.553.

Thank you for responding. I'm unable to confirm which version I have since Captivate will not open, but I'm fairly certain I do not have the latest update. Can you direct me as to where to find the latest update?

Bit difficult since you cannot launch Captivate. You may need to uninstall and reinstall in that case. Normally updating is done using Help, Update.
