Captivate 2019 update 11.8.1.219 - differences in text to speech voice after upgrade

Hi,

I have the voice pack installed and I have been using a voice character named James successfully for many eLearning videos since over a year now. Recently I upgraded my Captivate to version 11.8.1.219. After the upgrade I noticed that the same voice character named James now sounds slightly different, rather robotic and machine-like. Previously, the same voice was rather natural. Any idea is this is an issue or anyone else experienced this?
