Captivate 2019 - Update - won't open HTML5 in Chrome - also freezing upon Open

Hi, I just updated to the latest version of Captivate 2019 and am having issues opening published HTML5 modules in Chrome - they just won't open. They open in Edge but not Chrome. Any ideas why? 

Also, sometimes when I open Captivate and then click File/Open, it freezes. I have to do a CTRL+ALT+Delete...
