Captivate 2023 audio notplaying

Question

I have 3 audio voiceovers and soundtracks , one track on 3 different slides mp3 formatWhen I preview the project the opening audo plays on first slide but the other 2 don't playPlease help

Since the release of version 12 last year it is very important to know which version you are using exactly. Reason is that UI, terminology and workflows are completely different from previous releases. You find the full version number under Help, about Captivate (Win) or Captivate, About Captivate (Mac). Please post the full number.

For the audio clips, it is much better to import them as wav, and let CP do the compression to MP3 on publishing.

I suspect you used the 'slide audio' type for the narration? But you mention both voiceovers and soundtracks? What is the difference? Do you use object audio, or 'Play audio'?
