Captivate 2025 – Preview Looks Perfect but Publish Has Black Screen at Start

Hi folks,
I’m facing a weird issue in Captivate 2025 — after publishing, there’s a short black screen before the first slide appears.
It doesn’t show up during preview though.
Has anyone run into this? Wondering if it’s a preloader or media setting thing.
