Please do not post a similar question twice in the forum, you got already answers about a specific Samsung device. Responsive projects can be developed with Fluid Boxes and with Breakpoint views. It is not really the device which is important, but the browser resolution on that device. Check out that resolution.

Do you mean responsive design? Adaptive output is something else but I could see how responsive design could have been translated to that. That would be an exhaustively long list of devices since the whole point of responsive design is to adjust it's aspect ratio for as many devices as possible.
