Captivate 3: Having trouble viewing captured animation via IE or Flash

I created a demonstration via Captivate 3 of a website (using windows XP).

Issue: I published the finished demo, sent out to the development team for review and they could not see the captured animated screens. The initial set-up screen would appear but then fade to white when the animation begun. The next capture screen would appear and again fade to white based upon animation. What is happening and how can I fix?
