Captivate 3 - IE Crash when recording

Really could use some help. Using Captivate 3.0 and am attempting to capture Screens from an IE session (process simulation). I am able to record only about four selections, then IE crashes. I have installed on WINXP SP2 with all updates, IE crashes. I installed Captivate 3 on my home PC (XPHome, SP2) and IE crashes.

Have a deliverable for Monday - hate to do this through PowerPoint.

Any Ideas?

    Does this happen generically in IE or only with a specific page or application? For example, are you able to perhaps open something like Google and capture okay? Or does it seem to occur regardless of what IE is presenting?

    My thought here is that perhaps you have a Java application or some such that could be interfering.
