Captivate 3 Installer error

Hi,

I'm getting the following error while i try to instal Captivate3 software in my system. Even i have the flash player i'm getting error

    I'm getting same error with Captivate4 also.. Dont know what to do.

    Same answer, probably incompatibility of CP4 with your present OS and/or Flash Player. CP4 was released over 5 years ago. Either you try to find an older OS and version of FP, or you upgrade. There were big changes in Captivate after version 4: Actionscript 2 no longer supported, UI changed totally, extension became cptx. You will not be able to open CP3 or CP4 files in the latest version 8.

    I'm having player 17 and Player 10 still its not working..

    any other options to go??

    Which Operating System? I do not think FP 10 is compatible neither.

    Windows7 and 32 bit and 4gb ram

    Probably your OS and Flash player is not compatible with that ancient

    CP-version, must be at least 8yrs.
