Captivate 3 trial download won't install

I've downloaded the trial version of Captivate 3, but I can't get it to install. It starts, and gets part way through, but then "rolls back." The final message then says the wizard was interrupted before it could finish. I'm not doing else anything during this time -- what's going on, and how can I get it to install?
