Captivate 3, update?

Captivate is currently at version 3. Back when it was version 1, an update was created. That is what you are seeing.

Version 3 should have any features and fixes that were in that update from version 1. Odds are that a couple of things might happen with the update.

* Assuming it is installed via an installer (I'm not sure it did this. I seem to recall it was just a DLL or two that you replaced) the installer would probably balk, as you aren't using 3.

* Assuming you were to successfully install the update, it would run the very real risk of messing up your existing installation of 3.

To my knowledge, there is no update for 3.

Is there a particular issue you are trying to resolve? Rick
