captivate 360 video

I am new to captivate. I create new interactive presentation. I click on the plus on the sign and add a 360 video mp4. The video appears on the slide but I cannot spin round 360 any more. What's wrong? Tried restarting a couple of times. no luck. thanks

thank you for the reply. It does. i have jsut discovered that captivate is not supporting the latest mac update, big sur. I have tried to upload the beta version of the fix an hope this will help. Cheers!
