Captivate 4 - Adding Images To Slides

I'm having a problem inserting images. After inserting an image in the edit view I preview the slide by pressing the play button. Here everything looks fine. When I press F4 to see the full preview the image I inserted looks odd, the dimensions are changed and it is no longer aligned. I've fooled around with contraining dimensions etc, but nothing has fixed this.

Thanks

Make sure the image you insert is 72 dpi. In photoshop if you save for web and devices it should import properly.

What type of image are you inserting? Does this happen with all types (jpeg, png, bmp etc.)?

It's a jpeg and yes it does. What I'm trying to creat a tutorial, but frequently a small popup tooltip shows up and I would not like this to be in the recording. So, I took a screenshot of the area without the tooltip, ensured the correct dimensions, then pasted it over the animation I wanted to block out. Everything looks great in the edit view, but F4 preview changes the alignment.

Thanks

Perhaps, try to merge the image into the background (CTRL-M)? And just a personal tip: internally PNG is used in CP, I believe it is a better graphical format for images to use in CP. Is this 'animation' perhaps FMR? Can you see it as a separate object on the timeline?
