Hello,

I have created a project with a click box that will allow a user to go to the next slide, however I have noticed that when the projected is published and placed on a production server the click box does not appear in the correct time like in the project and preview in Captivate.  Here are steps may help explain.

1. Access the url of the published content for the first time.

     a. I can reproduce this by clearing Temp Internet files and cookies to simulate first time access.

2. Slide has audio instructing the users to hover over areas to get more information about a section.

3. Slide then will have audio instructing the users to click the box below to continue.

     a. In the project the box and audio are synched.

4. When a user first sees a slide with a click box it does not appear until 2-3 secs after the audio instructions.

5. If you go back a slide or open the content again, the same click box will appear for the user when the audio instructs the user to click the box.

It appears the click box element needs to have some cached information available in order for it to show as it does in the project.  Any suggestions would help.

I have an update on this.  I have found that I get different results based the operating system.  I get the issue descrbed when I use Windows 7 + IE7.  I do not see the same issue when using XP + IE7 (which is the company standard).

If anyone has seen this issue on Windows 7 before and has a work around / fix for it please let me know.
