Captivate 4 full motion video will not display the video correctly

I created a captivate full motion video and when I try to preview or publish the video is spotty and does not display all that has been captured.

    Try looking at the preferences and ajust quality settings. Also, try removing compression from full motion things.

    Sorry, I would be more specific but no longer have Captivate 4 on my PC. Maybe someone else that is still using that version will pop in and be specific about exactly where to look and exactly what it is named that you change.
