Captivate 4 - pre-loader problem

Hi All,

When I view a project I have published, it always shows (what I assume is) a preloader screen stating "Click Here to Open....." before I can access the project. Is this a preloader screen?

I have looked through the "document info" menu, and the "publish options" menu, and have unchecked the preloader option in both (even though they are the same menu lists), with no effect. So my question is how do I disable it (I need the project to start with slide 1, not a preloader).

Am I doing something wrong, or missed something?

All guidance appreciated.

    Hi there,

    If you are seeing this in the published HTML then it could be "click to open the content in full screen"

    This comes up because you will have published the content with full screen option ON.

    Look below for the snapshot of the publish dialog. Uncheck the highlighted option and you should not get the hyper link in the HTML.

    Let me know if this is what you wanted.
