Captivate 4 stopped playing audio files

I am using captivate 4 on a Windows 7 64-bit HP Pavilion laptop.  I had not used Captivate in several weeks.  When I went in today to work on a project, the audio no longer works.  Everything appears to be fine, but there is no sound when I play the audio.  I have loaded all the latest updates and I am running as Administrator in Windows XP Compatibility mode as recommended.

I would appreciate any help as I am under a tight deadline and have no idea what else to try.
