Captivate 4 Text to Speech

I have the full registered Captivate 4 and have used the text to speech option previously, as recently as Dec2011. When I clicked the Text to Speech button today, it said I don't have it and have to download it. When I follow the link to download, it brings me to the upgrade to 5.5.

What can I do?

As the Latest version of Adobe Captivate 5.5 is Available on Official Website , so on downloading TTS, redirects you to it.

It took me a couple times to see it, but just below the captivate 5.5 upgrade, is the neospeech downloads:
