Captivate 4 upgrade won't install

I'm trying to install Cap 4 update but it keeps telling me Veela is still installed. Problem is Veela is not installed and the entire Veela program folder has been deleted. Can someone please tell me what I must do to get past this infuriating roadblock?

    You should report this as a bug to the Captivate development team. Hopefully they will then contact you with details on how to overcome the situation.
