Captivate 5.5 SCORM 2004- Skin Aluminum Playback buttons do not work

I have created a course in Captivate 5.5.

I have the Aluminum Skin with the buttons enabled in the Skin Editor(Play, CC, Next, Prev, Exit)

When the course is exported as a SCORM 1.2, the Skin works properly.

However, when it is exported to SCORM 2004 then it fails.

Tests are completed on Scorm Cloud provided by Rustici(Sp?).

I have tried various means of makign the bar work properly in 2004 as well as delve into the world of forums.

Any Ideas or suggestions?
