Im new using Captivate and as my new role at the office I am assigned to do eLearning materials that can be posted over at YouTube. Im using Captivate 5 and publising it as F4V before uploading to YouTube. The problem is compare to the other eLearning Vids that I am seeing, the font quality is not that good. Also my video does not fit on YouTube player, ther is a black space both sides. Any help and tips will be appreciated...Thanks in advanced.

Hello and welcome to the forum,

The resoluiton of (normal, not the 4K-version) video on Youtube is 480x360. If you try to create your CP-file at that resolution, you will get rid of the black space. If this resolution is too low, you could create at a higher resolution but take care to keep the widht/height ratio. I'm not sure (not a Youtube specialist), but think that Youtube will downscale, or else you can downscale yourself using Modify, Rescale project.

As for the font quality: you need to experiment a little bit, try different fonts or try to increase the slide quality from Low to Optimized or 24-bit.
