Captivate 5 - fonts not showing

Hi.  I have Captivate 5 source files from a developer and when I open them, I can see the correct font displayed over in the filmstrip view.  But the main slide view is defaulting all fonts to Myriad Pro.  I have the fonts used by the developer installed on my system and they are available in the Character Family for each slide.  Is there something I can do to make the intended fonts appear as they were provided in the source files?

Any suggestions/guidance would be much appreciated.

I am having the same problem importing slides from PowerPoint.  The correct font displays in the thumbnails but the stage is showing all the text in an incorrect font.

    Hi,

I got my problem fixed. The fonts that I had on my system were not the EXACT same fonts as the developer was using, so the fonts in the Captivate source files could not be recognized. I got all of the fonts from the developer and put them on my system and I can now see the correct fonts both in the filmstrip view and the main view.

    Thanks,

    Thanks, Alaina,

My problem seems to be that Captivate 5 just won't read the Medium version

of the font. I only was able to find this out by trying to set the font

style for a button. All other versions of the font were available but the

    Medium version.

I had to switch everything to the Book version. But they're both Open Type

fonts from the same foundry, so there must be something wacky going on.
