Question

Captivate 5 Quiz: Works great until I Change Failure Level to "1" - on playback, slides turn RED.

So I wanted to add feedback when the user submits and incorrect answer on a quiz. I changed the failure level to "1" in quiz properties and the  incorrect answer dialog appears. I edit the text. I then F12 to view the quiz..all of my slides have turned red. When I change back to Failure Level None, the quiz plays correct.

I'm using Windows 7, Captivate 5.

Any advice?

Thanks,

Bill

Was your issue resolved. If not, would you like to share the project.

You can upload it to acrobat.com and email the link to vandana at adobe dot com.

Thanks!

I've heard about this same issue somewhere else previously and it turned out to be related to use of question pools with master slides.  There was some element on the master slide that was causing the red background.

Try removing your current master slide background and using a blank master slide instead.  Does the issue still occur?
