Captivate 5 resizing movie issue. Need help.

Hello.  I have recorded a movie in a custom size due to our single screen interface software (1278x714).  I need to rescale it to 800x600 but when I rescale it, all of the typing that is shown in the movie no longer appears in the associated text box.  It is appearing somewhere off on the right hand side of the screen.  Is this a bug in Captivate 5?  Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  I can't seem to find any type of pattern.  Thanks for any help.

    Hi,

    I could reproduce the issue in Captivate 5. This looks like an issue.

    Current workaround -

    Once the project is resized,

    1. Go to slide which contains 'Typing'

    2. Select the object 'typing text' on timeline

    3. Right click on the object and select 'replace with text animation'

    4. Once 'Typing Text' converts to 'Text animation', position the object to correct location on your slide.

    This should now work.

    I tried this and it does work to some extent, however, when I type a word that should show be encrypted, such as a password and then change it to text animation, the encryption disappears.  Unfortunately this workaround will not work for me.  It also changes the appearance of the font and causes the screen to jump.  It's just not a clean workaround.  Any ideas on when the rescaling issue might be fixed.  This is a huge problem.

    I'm thinking about downgrading to captivate 4 because of this issue.

    Does anyone know if this is happanning only in 5?
