Captivate 6 - Custom Skin Breaks During Playback

Hi, all,

I created a simple custom skin for a project. The project itself was created from an imported PowerPoint (.pptx) file.

During playback, everything starts out looking correct, but several slides in, the content seems to "shift" and/or borders disappear, as shown below (content blurred out to protect my company). Output type is SWF; using Captivate 6; tested in IE10, FF26, and current Chrome.

Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks!
