Captivate 6 - Display problems on swf files

Hi, we just upgraded from Captivate 5 to Captivate 6, while visualizing my video with F4 or F10 or publishing the video as swf I get some display problems. Parts of screenshots of previous slides (same file) appear on later slides. I need to republish in a different Flash Player version (i.e. form 9 to 10 or 10 to 9.....) to get a usable swf file. I did not have this problems with Captivate 5.

Besides I must say that I am quite disappointed of the new features included in CP6. The HTML5 publishing does not manage all animations, the new "People" feature is quite useless, the choice is poor and of poor quality. Ok you can turn now images but it is still not possible to chage the shape of the highlighted spot.

Thanks for your answer and comments

Enzo

Hi matafora,

Can you try "Force Re-publish all the slides" and let me know the results(You don't need to change the FlashPlayer version). Regarding the People feature, what do you mean by poor quality? I presume that your slide quality should have been set to "Low (8 bit quality)". Can you set the slide quality to High(24 bit)/ Optimized and check the quality of the image? Shape of the highlighted spot is used to turn the images, can you elaborate what you are expecting with that?

Thanks,

Sankaram.

Hi Sankaram,

Thanks for your quick reply, I tried The Force re-publish button once and it seemes to work, but I still have the same problems ilI use the F4, F10 or F8 keys to visualize the video, so this is quite annoying.

By poor quality of the images I didn't mean the quality of the image but the choice of the caracters and their gestures. We prepare demos for medical staff so I was glad to see the "Medecine" category, but I couldn't use one of the pictures captivate proposes.

Here a capture of the display problem

Thanks for your help
