Hello,

I need to reinstall Captivate 6 on my new laptop. I have the product key but where can I locate the download for 6.

I don't understand how people are having issues with the chat service. Varun provided a spot on answer and I simply typed "adobe chat support" in google and started a chat under Adobe < captivate < licensing & download. Within minutes I had a chat support person that provided a download link via email.

If you're looking for a direct web link without putting in a little time with support chat, then you will be disappointed.

If you need the download links of a prior version of Captivate, then please write an email to tcssup@adobe.com along with your Captivate serial number or subscription details.

Either you can contact Adobe Chat Support and ask for the download of Captivate 6:

Or you can send an e-mail to me on tcssup@adobe.com under my attention with the serial number of Captivate 6 and I will reply you with download links for this.
