Captivate 6 End of Lesson Results Question

The company I work for is hoping to produce some eLearning tutorials to be posted on a clients website. In Captivate 6 is there a value it can pass to us "meaning the website" when the user has completed viewing the video? Our programmers wanted to know if there was a way that they can know if the user has completed the tutorial so they can log it in the system. I saw that in the Publishing options they talk about LMS and SCORM but was unsure if that’s an additional software that we need to look into? I also saw that under Publishing Settings < Quiz < Reporting there is an option to select Internal Server. But would that only work for quizzes and not just a Project < Start and End? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
