Captivate 6: Imported FLV appearing on subsequent slides

I've imported an FLV (1.5mb created in AfterEffects CS6) to slide 2 of a CP6 presentation. I had it on slide one, but it played sporadically or wouldn't load. On slide 2 it plays as expected at least. The problem is, it appears not on the next slide, but the one following as a frozen image that covers all other elements. It stays there for the remainder of the presentation on each slide. Anyone experienced this error? Thanks.
