Captivate 6 install - stuck at Installing Adobe Help.

I'm trying to install Captivate 6 Windows 64-bit on Windows 7.

I get to the'Currently Installing Adobe Help' part of the installation (serial number in OK) and nothing happens. The 'time to install' just keeps getting longer and longer.

Normally Help is no longer 'installed', you have to go online to see help. Then you'll be able to download the Help as a pdf as well.
