Captivate 6 - Localization of TOC

Hi,

I'm working on a project in German language in Captivate 6. Can anyone give a hint, how to translate the string "Slide Title" in German? It is used in the TOC of my project, where I can localize the TOC's title ("Content" -> "Inhalt"), the slide titles etc. but not the headline "slide title" (and some other strings such as "Minutes" when showing the project duration in the TOC) just below the title.

I was searching through several files in the Captivate programm directory, to find the string "slide title", "slideTitle" or similar strings, which I have to show up in German, but couldn't find any.

It might have something to do, that my Captivate installation (licensed) does not seem fully localized (working on Mac with OSX Snow Lepard the Adobe Captivate-Menu shows e.g. "Hide Adobe Captivate" instead of the German translation).

Any hints?

Sincerely

Martin

Hi SethXP,

thanks a lot! That worked.

A short note: The blog entry mentioned, it would not be possible to adjust the strings within already existing projects. This is obviously not true anymore. I managed to change the TOCStrings within an existing project (Captivate 6 / MacOS 10.6).

Thanks once again

Martin
