Captivate 6 PC created file won't play right on Mac

Hi guys,

Thanks for your help.

My colleagues PC created Captivate 6 file won't play right on my Mac Captivate 6 program. When I try to play it it's very slow with no audio, like reeeeeally creeping slow. My colleague can play the same file fine on her PC, where she created the file. We want to work on it together, she on her PC and I would like to create quizzes in the same project.

I wonder if there is something wrong with my Mac Captivate version. Should I delete the one I have on my Mac and install it again?

Hello Nat,

Does it have any resources which is in her machine? It might be slow when it is accessing those resources. Otherwise it should work fine b/w the platforms.

Yes, I believe she does. Would it be better if she put those resources on a shared drive? Sorry, if this is a dumb question, but I'm fairly new to this. Or is there a better way for her to store those resources? Will it give us problems once we publish the project online?
