Captivate 6 publish to iPad-slides do not advance

I published a captivate 6 project to HTML5 to view on ipad.

When I view the project on the iPad, the slides do not manually advance and the audio starts over (like it's looping).

There are no objects pausing the slide.

1. I tried to publish with "jump to slide" on exit

2. I tried "go to the next slide" on exit

3. I tried "no action" on exit

Does anyone have any other ideas to trouble shoot?

We have never encountered this issue before.

Could you please share the sample project which has the issue mentioned, so that we can investigate.
