Captivate 6 recording a CADD program Creo 2

When I try to record a CADD program using Captivate 6, the text and numbers double up and then record as doubles.

Can you add a screenshot to explain how it is getting doubled up, please add any other information to explain the issue better.

Try doing another simulation and check the result for that as well.

Hi Anjaneai

Attached is the screen shots.

It is a pop-up window that is common in all CADD programs.

This first one is at the beginning where I need to name the part, the same thing happens when I try to change sizes in a sketch also and it doubles up 3rd screen shot.

I tried this in Word also by doing a demo of how to change margins manually so that a pop-up window is present and you have to enter values manually, and this was fine, no double up in Word so I am suspecting the problem may be the CADD and Captivate don't communicate properly?
