Captivate 6 Resetting Smart Interactions. When needing to reset the title, button or content text on a canned Interaction. Captivate crashes with this attempt. Is there particular process for updating the canned interactions widgets? These are nice but seem to crash when updates are needed. The process I have taken which crashes is: I have gone to properties and opened the widget to open the interaction. Click in the text boxes and found this crashes the interaction. Have had to reboot captivate.

Any solves would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks! Patch seems to have worked. One other question. Any option to hyperlink text once added to the text boxes in these interactions? If not, do you know of a creative way to overlay a transparent smart object with hyperlinks to get to look and feel of hyperlink using smart object functionality?

No, you cannot add hyperlinks to text in the Interactions. Those interactions are really static widgets, and that is not possible in any widget.

I do not understand your second question? Each shape can be turned into an hyperlink, since they can be used as buttons and so you can trigger any action with it. Have a look at my blog:
