Captivate 6 - Unable to activate subscription

I've got an online subscription for Adobe captivate 6 1.5 years ago. I've used this on two computers with succes. IT replaced both of them without deactivating the licenses. On the new computers I've installed captivate 6, but when logging on with my adobe ID it asks me for a serial number, which you don't have with an online subscription. How can I proceed?

    Hi There,

    Please close the Adobe Application Manager window first which asks for the serial key to activate Captivate 6 subscription.

    Then Go to C drive > windows > system32 > drivers > etc > rename hosts file to hosts_old.

    Run the setup of Captivate 6 and sign in with your adobe id and password during install and see if that activate your Captivate 6 subscription this time or not.

    Unfortunately this did not solve the problem. I'll contact Adobe Support. Thanks for your help.
