Captivate 6 wav files

Why is captivate 6 converting my mp3 into a huge .wav file with [clip] in the name?

This is bloating my file.

    It will not have any impact on the published files, only on the cptx-file. It is a better practice to import wav files (non-compressed) into the Library and let Captivate do the compressing to mp3 when publishing.
