Captivate 7.0 installer

I started the Captivate 7.9 (320but) installer. It asked for my Adobe ID and then it jsut sits there with the little wheel thing going round and round. First time I waited more than 15 minutes before killing it and starting over. Same result the next time. Any ideas?
