Captivate 7 and quiz question highlight

In previous versions of captivate, when a learner puts there cursor over a quiz answer, an unattractive gray highlight appears. I was hoping that was fixed in Captivate 7, but I don't see any way to suppress it. Is it possible in version 7 to change the highlight color?
