Captivate 7: Button on first slide doesn't work (or white slide)

Hi all,

Appreciate your help with this, please.

I've created several simulations in Captivate 7. Each is a separate .cptx file. When published, each .swf file works fine when run locally; however, when loaded into the e-learning tool, and up onto the LMS they do one of the following:

• load a white page
• load the first slide, but inactive (eg, button doesn't work)

This isn't happening with all of the simulations...despite them having identical settings. When the page is re-loaded the animation/simulation works perfectly.
