Captivate 7 - cpInfoCurrentLocaleDateString

Has anyone had success using the new cpInfoCurrentLocaleDateString variable? Supposedly it uses the current date based on the locale settings specified on the user's computers. I have tried resetting my regional settings but the output never changes, for example "Thu Oct 10 2013" even though my locale is set to Canadian French.

Update for anyone interested, the 7.0.1 patch fixes this issue. Locale date string reflects the system language setting.

Unfortunately not. Guess I’m more of a “doer” than a “reader” But I will now….. promise.
