Captivate 7 - File not visible when opened, only menu bar.

Question

MAC OS 10.10.5Captivate 7.0.1.237When opening any Captivate file, the file opens but IS NOT visible in any way. I can see the menu bar and it shows the file to be open but the file is not visible. I have tried several things (adjust resolution to make sure the file is not off the screen, reboot several times, etc.). I called tech support for my university (Masters degree student), they referred me to AppleCare because it sounded like an operating system function. AppleCare tried several things but they said I should contact Adobe support. Any ideas?With thanks,Sam K

Sam,Would this happen to be a laptop?Have you used Captivate in the past with an external monitor?It sounds like your Cp workspace may have changed and the editing window is 'hidden' because Captivate thinks there is a second monitor attached.You might try resetting the workspace, or enabling it if you havent, to set it up for a dual monitor setup.
