Captivate 7 HELP PLEASE!

I created a 12 slide training with back and next buttons in captivate and uploaded to our LMS which uses Scrom 1.2  Our LMS is set up so a user has to complete the training and the training page has tro close itself in order for it to show as completed.  For some reason this trying module shows completed even if you have only launched it for two seconds.  I tested a couple of different methods to see if anything would work;

1. I added an Action on the last slide an saying, On Exit, Exit
2. I added an Action on the last slide an saying, On Exit, No Action
3. I added an Action on the last slide an saying, On Enter, Continue
4. I changed the Project Start and End, Project options to Close Project under the publishing settings.
5. I changed the Project Start and End, Project options to Stop Project under the publishing settings.

I can't figure why this is happening.  Anyone have any ideas?
