Captivate 7 Installation Failed

I just purchased Captivate 7, but am not able to get it installed. Everything goes good until I get this message: Installation Failed. Your installation encountered errors. I am running Win 7 64 bit. Can anyone help? Thanks.

    Hi Spirit Whispers,

    Are you having any of the captivate pre-release version installed in your system?

    If yes please uninstall it using the cscleanuptool.

    cleanup tool can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
