Captivate 7 keeps asking me to Sign In at every launch

Hi, I have a problem using Adobe Captivate 7.

I have the license for full version of Captivate 7

I first downloaded the software from Adobe website (Win 7, 32bit version of Captivate 7), under the my account, and once it was completed, I installed it.

Very first time I installed it, it asked for User Name and Serial number.

At this point, I put the my computer name in User Name and the license number.

Program installed fine but when I ran, it asked me to Sign In. So I signed in using adobe account, and the program would start but under Help, it would still say Sign In or doesn't say anywhere that program is activated or licensed.

Everytime I launch the program, the Sign In window keeps popping up and says I have 7 days remaining untill it expire.

Now I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it but when I reinstall it, it does not ask me for User Name, but only ask me to sign in and put the serial number. No place to put User Name anymore.

When installed, it would still ask me to Sign In, but this time, program would not even start.

I am thinking when I put my computer name in User Name in the very first time I installed this program, this linked my license to the computer name instead of linking it to my adobe account.

Is there any way to reset/unlink this so that I can do the fresh install with correct user account?
