Captivate 7 Neo speech only 1 voice

I have downloaded the patch for Captivate 7 Neo Speech. But when I run Captivate I still only have 1 voice, Anna. I thought there should be several voices including a man's voice. How do I get all voices?

    I have a folder in my documents called Captivate_9_Voices. I extracted and ran the installer but cannot change the voice agent from the Microsoft David Desktop.

    I'm having trouble installing the Neo Speech also. I downloaded the Cp7-win64_voices_installer.zip. I unzipped it, it put the Set-up.exe in my downloads folder. When I try to run the exe file I get the following message and am not able to set up the voices.

    Pop-up Message:

    We've encountered the following issues

    Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.  Options are "Get Adobe Support Advisor"  and a Quit button.

    I clicked the link to get the Adobe Support Advisor but the window that comes said it has been discontinued. (http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/)

    Need assistance to get the voices. Thank you.

    HI There,

    Go to : C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and rename the folder OOBE to OOBE_old and then try to install the voices again.

    I renamed the folder and tried to run the setup.exe file again, no luck.

    I'm on Mac and I'm having the same problem. I see a VT folder in the App folder, but I'm sure something is missing. I don't see the voices in Speech Management.

    Which version of Adobe Captivate are you using ?

    Which version of MAC do you have ?

    Do you see Adobe Captivate Voice 7 under your Applications folder ?

    Hello

    I am having awful trouble installing extra voices for Captivate 7.

    Please can you tell me the exact link for the download for extra voices?

    I am using Windows 7, 64 bit.

    Once I have that downloaded, what do I do?

    Im not sure how the whole process is so confusing.

    You may not be aware that the TTS voice install is actually a two part process.  The first part of this operation just unpacks the voices ready to install.  You should find a folder somewhere on your desktop that has the setup file you need to exectute to perform the actual install.

    Lots of people get caught with this.

    Went back and redownloaded to my desktop, paying attention to both parts. Worked this time. Got several voices. Thanks.

    Do you have Windows or MAC ?

    After installing Neo Speech for CP7, do you see a folder "Adobe Captivate Voices 7" on your C:\Program Files or MAC HD/Applications folder ?

    I am on Windows. I do not see a folder called Adobe Captivate Voices 7 in my Adobe program files.

    Can you provide me more specific instructions and correct download links if needed?

    I would also like to make a suggestion that Adobe provide better instructions on the website.

    I found the folder on my desktop but it is called Neo Speech Voices 6. When I click to install, it appeared to complete extremely fast. When I opened Captivate, I still only have one voice. I am wondering if this may be for Captivate 6 and not 7.

    I really wish Adobe would provide better instructions on the website.

    Can you help with better directions?
